How do I apply for MPNP?

MPNP has a simple 3-step application process. This is how it works:

STEP 1: Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)

You will need to express your interest in moving to Manitoba as a permanent resident by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI). This involves creating an online profile and providing information about yourself. With this profile, you will enter the pool of eligible MPNP candidates. This profile will be valid for a year.

STEP 2: Receive an LAA to apply for MPNP nomination

If you rank among the highest-scoring candidates with a connection to Manitoba, you will receive a Letter of Advice (LAA) that will allow you access to full MPNP online application by logging into your MPNP profile. You will be required to submit your complete application within 60 days from the date of your LAA.

STEP 3: Receive your letter of approval

After a thorough assessment, Manitoba will issue you an MPNP approval letter which is an official government document and will need to be shared with IRCC for your Canada PR visa application.
